I.P.O. – Maschinenbau GmbH, based in Lingen (Ems), is an engineering and procurement service provider for international manufacturing in mechanical and plant engineering. The company accompanies components and assemblies from design through technical clarification, prototypes and initial sampling to on-time delivery at the customer's site. The product range includes CNC turned and milled parts, forged and cast parts, welded assemblies, sheet-metal and bent parts, housings and control cabinets, assembly groups as well as surface treatments – from single parts to series production. Welded assemblies for machines and plants form a dedicated manufacturing focus; here I.P.O. coordinates welding, machining, annealing and coating on a project-specific basis. Through a contractually regulated joint venture with an industrial forge in Izmir (Turkey) with around 150 employees, forging capacities with subsequent CNC machining are available. A team in Germany and Turkey manages manufacturing, on-site quality inspections, transport, customs and logistics.
