About Wein Wolff
I.W.Wolff GmbH & Co. KG (Wein Wolff) is a family business founded in 1800 in Leer (East Frisia), today run in its seventh generation by Jan Wolff. The range comprises over 1,000 different wines from international growing regions, plus sparkling wines, champagnes, branded spirits and gifts. In the historic parent house Haus Samson on Rathausstraße, the company produces a variety of East Frisian and regional spirits under the I.W.Wolff Spirituosen brand: herbal extracts, aroma distillates and infusions are made in-house, and filtering, analysis and fully automated bottling also take place at the site; some recipes have been passed down through generations for over 100 years. Wine is stored in over 1,500 m² of historic vaulted cellars (some around 400 years old) at constant temperatures. The company operates 20 branches, an online shop with shipping, supplies to the gastronomy and wholesale sectors, and the digital museum Haus Samson.
