About IBA Dosimetry
IBA Dosimetry GmbH, headquartered in Schwarzenbruck near Nuremberg, develops and manufactures quality assurance solutions for radiation therapy, proton and particle therapy as well as medical imaging. The portfolio includes water phantoms and phantom systems (including myQA Blue Phantom³, Blue Phantom², the QUASAR line), detector arrays such as MatriXX Resolution, ionization chambers, electrometers (DOSE-X, CCU-X), daily QA devices and the myQA software platform. In addition to product development, the company offers calibrations, product inspections, metrological checks (MTK) under §11 MPBetreibV and preventive maintenance inspections at its DAkkS-accredited Secondary Standard Dosimetry Laboratory (SSDL). The ICC International Competence Center at headquarters provides training on a fully equipped linac (Elekta Agility). IBA Dosimetry is a company of IBA S.A., founded in 1986 as a spin-off of the University of Louvain, and serves clinics and medical physicists worldwide with offices in Germany, the USA and China.
