For over 50 years, IBC Wälzlager GmbH has been a partner for standard products as well as customised system and individual solutions in rolling bearing and linear technology. The product range includes high-precision rolling bearings, E deep groove ball bearings, axial-radial bearings (ARTB), high-precision locknuts with fine threads, ready-to-install precision bearing units based on a modular system, and linear rolling bearings. The raceway surfaces are superfinished, significantly reducing friction. With its proprietary ATCoat ATC thin-chrome coating, bearing surfaces are protected against environmental influences and service life is extended. Materials used include steel, polyamide cages and ceramic balls, which enable higher speeds and electrical insulation. Customers come from the machine tool industry, drive technology, mechanical engineering, medical technology and the rail vehicle industry. In addition, IBC offers training, mounting instructions, calculations and technical downloads.
