About IBL Electronics
IBL Electronics is an EMS provider (Electronic Manufacturing Services) with production in Bizerte, Tunisia, and a sales office of IBL Germany GmbH in Markgröningen. The company handles industrial outsourcing and subcontracting for electronic assemblies: PCB assembly in SMD and THT technology, cleaning, conformal coating (tropicalisation) as well as in-circuit and functional testing. Further areas of work include toroidal and linear winding (chokes, transformers, stator and rotor windings), cable harness manufacture up to complete switchgear cabinet wiring, plastic injection moulding as well as electromechanical assembly and integration. Production is carried out with three fully automatic SMD placement systems, two wave soldering systems and an extensive winding machine fleet. The quality regime includes SPI, 3D inspection and AOI along the reflow process. IBL Electronics supplies customers from the automotive, industrial, railway, aviation, medical as well as defence and security sectors and is certified to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

Winding on ferrite and micro-oriented magnetic steel strip toroids with round wire from 0.02 mm up to flat wire.
Linear winding
