IBW Dr. Irretier GmbH, founded in 2008 and owner-managed, is an industrial consultancy for heat treatment technology based in Kleve with a further office in Düsseldorf. The company supports industrial enterprises and heat treatment shops with the project planning, procurement and implementation of heat treatment plants and industrial furnaces of almost any design, including pit furnaces, bell furnaces, chamber furnaces, bottom-loader furnaces and multi-purpose chamber furnaces, continuous and vacuum furnace systems, plasma nitriding and PA-CVD coating systems, as well as induction, press and fixture hardening systems. In addition, IBW supplies charging fixtures and furnace components made of heat-resistant stainless steels, graphite and CFC, gas supply systems such as endothermic gas generators, combined multi-stage washing systems, and cooling systems with cooling temperatures from -30 °C to +80 °C. In the after-sales area, IBW supports its customers with repairs, extensions, retrofits and modernization of existing plants, as well as automation and process control solutions. The company also offers in-house training, intensive and online seminars on materials science and the heat treatment of steel and aluminium, and organizes the HärtereiPraxis conference.
