About IC Medical
IC Medical GmbH is an owner-managed medical technology company founded in 1984 and based in Rudersberg in Baden-Württemberg. The company develops and produces thermal disinfectors of the HYG series (HYG 3, HYG 5, HYG 5 AIR), the HD 450 cleaning and disinfection device, denture cleaning machines, sterilizers, sealing devices, water treatment systems (reverse osmosis, full demineralization) and hygiene keyboards for medical, dental and veterinary practices, clinics, laboratories and research institutes. The devices are manufactured in Baden-Württemberg and delivered via regional partners – Made in Germany. The HYG thermal disinfectors work with tab technology instead of liquid chemicals: detergent, rinse aid and salt substitute are combined in one tab, which prevents dosing errors. In addition to direct sales with personal consultation, IC Medical offers installation, device instruction, initial and revalidation via accredited partner laboratories as well as maintenance and repair by its own service technicians and a service partner network. Since 2023, Anja Kleinhanß has led the company, after founder Thomas Blumenschein handed over the management.
