IC4X GmbH is a design house for mixed-signal integrated circuits and semiconductor solutions. The company develops high-performance mixed-signal IPs and product solutions that are licensed to customers on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis. The team has more than 20 years of combined experience and works with technologies from 22nm CMOS to 130nm BiCMOS. The founders spent over a decade in Silicon Valley, where they developed mixed-signal IPs used in more than 100,000 consumer products. In 2025, IC4X became part of Samsung's SAFE™ (Samsung Advanced Foundry Ecosystem). Recent projects include a taped-out dual 750MS/s ADC with 11-bit resolution in 28nm TSMC technology.
