About ICE-Ecki
Since 1996, ICE-Ecki GmbH has been producing ice for gastronomy, catering, retail and private customers. The product range includes full ice cones (approx. 20 grams, 35 x 35 mm, crystal clear, filled right through to the core) as well as sieved crushed ice with a grain size of approx. 10 to 20 mm and a low snow content. Production uses constantly monitored, pure drinking water from the region that meets the requirements of the German Drinking Water Ordinance. The ice cones are produced on modern ice cube makers from manufacturer Scotsman, with quality assured through continuous checks. Since its expansion in 2017, the company has been producing at its Schwanewede site near Bremen. With its own refrigerated vehicles maintaining a constant temperature of -15 °C, ICE-Ecki delivers to customers within a radius of around 150 km, including regions such as Bremen, Bremerhaven, Cuxhaven, Hamburg and Hanover, and produces several hundred tons of ice per year.
