The ICP Group develops, produces and distributes custom electronic control systems and the associated electrical wiring for commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles and agricultural vehicles. The range of services covers product design as well as controller, software and app development, the production of electronic controls ranging from simple switches to freely programmable control systems, radio remote controls of the ICARUS blue product family based on Bluetooth, as well as sensor production and cable assembly. An in-house potting (encapsulation) process is used to protect the printed circuit boards against vibrations and water ingress. The group was founded in 2003 by Erik van Asselt and Raimund Rasche and employs more than 45 staff. The ICP Group comprises ICP Intelligent Creative Products GmbH in Essen (Germany) as well as ICP Systems b.v. and ICP Cables b.v., headquartered with their production site in Holten (Netherlands).

- 2003
Founding of ICP Intelligent Creative Products by Erik van Asselt and Raimund Rasche: ICP Intelligent Creative Products GmbH (Essen) and ICP Intelligent Creative Products b.v. (Wenum Wiesel, Netherlands).
- 2007
Founding of ICP Cables b.v. in Wenum Wiesel; first own production site; relocation of the Dutch sites to a larger production and office building.

Relocation of ICP Intelligent Creative Products GmbH to a larger office building.
- 2010
Renaming of ICP Intelligent Creative Products b.v. to ICP Systems b.v.

The group employs approximately 25 staff, with approximately 800 m² of production and approximately 350 m² of office space.
