About ID Gerätebau
ID Gerätebau GmbH manufactures and services dental devices such as ceramic furnaces, milling and laser welding devices as well as casting and mixing devices, and additionally operates as a contract manufacturer for all sectors of industry. On 01.01.2016, the company took over the Bohmte production site for device manufacturing from DeguDent GmbH (Dentsply Sirona), continuing its more than 60-year tradition from Bios Dental via Degussa Dental to DeguDent/Dentsply Sirona. In-house departments for design as well as software and electronics development develop customer-specific concepts and turn them into certified products. The range of services includes new designs or series-optimized revisions, purchasing and assembly of individual components into complete products including electronics, assembly/packaging and shipping, as well as prototype construction, series production for small and medium-sized enterprises, and value analysis. The Bohmte site offers 2,000 m² of production and warehouse space with 800 storage locations; production is carried out in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. As the original manufacturer, ID Gerätebau also offers repair and spare parts service (workshop and on-site), loan, rental and used devices as well as worldwide spare parts shipping.
