IDAK Food Group AG is a Swiss corporate group founded in 2018 with its headquarters in Spreitenbach, producing premium foods and authentic specialities for customers worldwide. The group operates in the three business segments potato, pizza and bakery and manages more than 2100 different products in its total range. The portfolio includes Onoré's frozen patisserie and snack solutions, the bakery and confectionery products of Romer's Hausbäckerei, the premium pizza manufacturer Margherita S.p.a. from north-eastern Italy, and the pizza snacks of Gusto Sorrento (Sorrento Sapori e Tradizioni, Eboli/IT). Across a total of 18 production sites, around 35,000 tonnes of bakery products, 75 million pizzas and pizza snacks, and over 36,000 tonnes of processed potatoes are produced annually. With around 2600 employees, the group achieved a net revenue of CHF 590 million in 2024. In 2024, TowerBrook was secured as a financial partner.
