IDEAL Filter GmbH was founded in 2011 in Wuppertal and specializes in filtering, drying and monitoring compressed air and technical gases. The portfolio includes compressed air filters with die-cast aluminium and steel housings, adsorption dryers (heatless and heat-regenerated), industrial filters, and filter inserts and elements for housings from all common manufacturers. In its own production, the company manufactures replica filter inserts up to 1000 mm in height with pleat heights of 5 to 50 mm, end caps made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium or plastic (injection molding, turned, 3D-printed), as well as cleaner and adsorber cartridges with activated carbon and desiccant fills. In addition, the company builds special systems such as nitrogen generation plants based on membrane technology and real-time monitoring systems. The offering is rounded out by services, pleating service, TÜV-certified vessel inspections in accordance with TRBS 1203 and on-site inventory assessment. Customers come from compressed air treatment, the food and beverage industry, and welding technology.

Quality & Testing
According to its own statement, manufacturing is carried out without quality compromises; filter media are independently validated through membership in the IUTA. Pressure vessels and pipelines are inspected as a competent person in accordance with TRBS 1203/BetrSichV, including water pressure testing with its own testing equipment.
