Development and Manufacturing from a Single Source
Founded in 2005, idee-werk GmbH is a manufacturing service provider in the greater Munich area that combines development and production under one roof. Its 29-strong team of designers and CNC specialists produces precision individual parts as well as small- and large-series parts on CNC turning and milling machines, including 3- and 5-axis machining centres from Haas and POS. Materials processed include aluminium, steel, stainless steel, iron, copper and brass as well as plastics such as POM, PEEK, PA-GF and PVC. The service portfolio covers CAD design with SolidWorks, CAD/CAM programming with ESPRIT, prototype and sample part construction, surface treatment by sandblasting, glass bead blasting and satin finishing, as well as assembly with adjusting, bonding, riveting and laser welding. Quality assurance is carried out with a 3D coordinate measuring machine (measuring range 700 x 700 x 500 mm) including measurement reports. With its patent-protected CLAMPBOOSTER, the company also offers its own automation solution for CNC manufacturing and is a certified training company of the Bavarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK Bayern).
