About IDEINDING
IDEINDING is a 3D printing service provider and product developer based in Schwäbisch Hall. The company manufactures technical components in plastic and metal from CAD data or develops the geometry jointly with the customer. The processes include FDM and SLS printing with plastics as well as metal 3D printing via laser melting in a powder bed (SLM/DMLS) with materials such as AlSi10Mg, 316L, titanium and Inconel 718. In addition to individual parts and fixtures, IDEINDING offers recurring series production with a fixed data status, approval process and material stocking. Additionally, the company develops parametric software that automatically generates new 3D variants from entered dimensions and product rules, and develops custom FDM filaments such as its own product LastFlex for orthopedic shoe insoles. Customers come from industry, mechanical engineering, the trades and shoe orthopedics.
