IDH Packaging Solutions (IDH – Industrieautomation Dirk Hähner) is an owner-managed company founded in 2001 and headquartered in Netphen in the industrial region of Südwestfalen. Its core competence lies in the conception, planning, engineering and commissioning of complete packaging and end-of-line lines with a focus on pallet stretch wrappers, strapping machines and conveyor systems. The range of services includes control panel construction from CAE-supported design through assembly and wiring in its own workshop to CE testing and standards-compliant documentation in accordance with DIN EN 61439, in-house PLC programming as well as retrofit, modernization and safety technology for existing systems. For machines such as strappers, hood stretchers, shrink machines, wrapping machines and automated guided vehicles (AGVs), IDH works with partners such as Technowrapp, Proxaut, Bocedi and Itipack. The offering is rounded out by maintenance, on-site support, remote maintenance, spare parts service, machine relocations and the sale of fully overhauled used machines.
