Owner Dirk Nennstiel is a consulting engineer, a member of the Hesse Chamber of Engineers and authorised to provide verification for structural stability, sound insulation and thermal insulation, with over 30 years of professional experience in structural design, construction and building physics. The office provides structural calculations and verifications of structural stability, thermal insulation calculations in accordance with EnEV, sound insulation calculations, refurbishment planning, detailed execution planning with formwork and reinforcement drawings, as well as construction acceptance and construction supervision. Clients include architects, property developers, building owners and municipalities; reference projects include hotels, residential buildings, day-care centres, industrial buildings and public buildings such as the extension to Göbel's Schlosshotel or the light column of the Bad Hersfeld Festival.
