About IEW Induktive Erwärmungsanlagen
Since 1996, IEW Induktive Erwärmungsanlagen GmbH has been developing and manufacturing induction systems for the industrial heating of metals at its site in Gumpoldskirchen, Austria. The product range includes stationary systems of the TTH series (2 to 25 kW, 70–450 kHz), medium- and high-frequency generators as well as vacuum brazing systems. Applications include induction brazing, hardening, annealing, melting, shrink-fitting and induction bonding on electrically conductive materials such as steel, stainless steel, copper, brass and aluminium. In addition, the company offers special machinery construction, inductor design and manufacture to customer requirements, laboratory trials and sample testing, as well as commissioning, training, maintenance and spare parts. PLC sequence controls with recipe management, process data acquisition, quality documentation and optional remote access enable highly repeatable heating processes. Customers come from the automotive industry, tool and mechanical engineering as well as from research institutions and universities; deliveries are made to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and throughout Europe.
