IFANGER AG is a family-owned Swiss company in the cutting technology sector, based in Uster since 1917. The company develops and manufactures all of its products in-house at its Uster site: micro internal turning tools (Swiss-MicroTurn) for bore diameters from 0.2 mm, knurling press and knurl milling tools (Swiss-Knurl), high-performance spiral drills (Swiss-Drill), and turning tools and counterbore/end milling cutters with regrindable HSS cutting edges. In addition, customer-specific special tools are developed and manufactured to measure, supported with cutting data recommendations. The tools feature carbide and HSS cutting edges and coatings such as AlCrN, AlTiSiN and TiAlN, and are used in particular for décolletage workpieces on Swiss-type lathes as well as for steel, stainless steel, HRSA and titanium materials. For the Swiss market, IFANGER also distributes products from Tungaloy-NTK, Maykestag and Albrecht. With 30 employees, the company supplies customers worldwide through its own logistics team and a webshop with order tracking.
