About us

iFeel Tactile Systems GmbH was founded in 2016 by Michael Konrad, graduate engineer in psychoacoustics, and is based in Erlangen in the Medical Valley. The company develops, produces and distributes tactile systems that translate what is heard into what can be felt: vibrations with up to 8 actuators and an adjustable frequency range of 5 Hz to approx. 400 Hz are transmitted directly to the body. The technology is used in two product lines: SenseForce as a seat cushion for home entertainment (gaming, home cinema, music) and MedSense as a vibro-acoustic lounger pad for physiotherapeutic applications and clinical tests with six computer-controlled vibration zones and integrated frequency generator. Manufacturing is Made in Germany according to CE-compliant quality criteria. In addition to its own products, the company is seeking investors and partners to industrialize a sensor/actuator technology based on dielectric polymers (EAP).
