IHF-Jungenthal Handhabungstechnik GmbH has been planning, designing, and manufacturing custom handling systems for production, transport, and storage since 1980 at its head office in Kirchen (Sieg). The product range includes VECTOR series pneumatic manipulators (pantograph or articulated arm), pneumatic and electric linear lifting devices (VECTOR linear), pneumatic rope hoists (VECTOR VS), pillar swivel cranes and swivel-articulated jibs with radii up to 5 m, as well as the IHF-Depomat electric storage-and-retrieval machine and the IHF-Storomat electro-hydraulic compact stacker. In addition, workpiece- and customer-specific gripping and load-handling devices are manufactured, which operate mechanically, pneumatically, or electrically and work with force or form closure, vacuum, or magnets. The designers, project managers, and skilled fitters support projects from the first draft through in-house manufacturing to installation and commissioning at the customer's site. Areas of application include in particular the automotive industry, sheet metal working, and the handling of barrels, crates, rolls, and sacks. After handover, the company offers production support, training, periodic DGUV inspection, maintenance, repair, and a spare parts supply guaranteed for at least ten years.
