About IHT Automation
IHT Automation, headquartered in Baden-Baden, develops and distributes systems and components for automated thermal cutting. The core product is the APC system (Autogen Process Control), a complete technology package for oxy-fuel flame cutting comprising cutting torches, gas control, torch height control, safety devices and a cutting database. It can be integrated into any cutting table and robot and is designed for cutting steel up to 300 mm thick. The portfolio also includes plasma cutting systems, oxy-fuel torches and accessories, flame heating, flame powder marking, gas hose assemblies as well as retrofit solutions for existing cutting systems. Target groups are machine manufacturers and system integrators. At the headquarters in Baden-Baden there is a showroom with a two-station oxy-fuel cutting machine including the APC system, which is used for demonstrations and online training. Partnerships exist, among others, with Eckelmann (E°CUT CNC control), Basi and GCE (gas supply) as well as Kemper (filtration technology).
