IKS Schön GmbH is an owner-managed, medium-sized company based in Neuss that has been active in the field of engineering plastics since 1974. As a wholesaler and processor, the company covers the entire spectrum of thermosets, thermoplastics and elastomers. It manufactures turned, milled and injection-moulded parts as well as deep-drawn and stamped parts exactly to technical specifications and drawings – from prototype and individual parts through to serial production. In addition, IKS Schön supplies semi-finished products from renowned manufacturers and produces custom-cut pieces from plastic sheets and solid plastic rods by milling, turning, drilling, stamping, lasering and cutting. The product range extends from sleeves, bobbins, tubes, wheels, rollers and plates to films, fittings and housings. Customers include, among others, the transport and conveying technology sector, mechanical and plant engineering, the food industry, medical technology, chemical engineering, the automotive, aviation and aerospace industries, as well as the semiconductor and vacuum technology sectors.
