About us

ILA-Langner GmbH & Co KG is a bottom pressing plant founded in 1991 with over 30 years of experience in metal forming. The company produces deep-drawn, pressed and stamped parts, including Klöpper heads (dished heads), torispherical heads, flat heads, dish-shaped heads and dished end plates, as well as 2D and 3D laser parts, flame-cut blanks, welded and assembly groups. The processes include deep drawing, stamping and pressing with presses up to 630 tonnes, CNC-controlled bending, edge processing, laser cutting, flame cutting as well as welding by TIG, MIG/MAG and robots. The materials processed are primarily steel (black sheet S235JR/DD11) and stainless steel 1.4301. The process chain extends from CAD/CAM design through in-house tool and fixture making and prototype construction to large-scale series production of up to 5 million units, including surface treatment, assembly and just-in-time delivery. Customers are found in the electrical switchgear industry, building services, renewable energies, apparatus and vessel construction as well as the garden and outdoor object sector.
