ILESO is a one-stop provider of Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) based in Löffingen in the Black Forest. The company develops, industrializes and manufactures electronic PCB assemblies as well as complete devices – from material procurement through assembly, mounting and testing to delivery. Customers can award the entire project or commission individual modules in development, procurement, production or logistics. The range of services extends from development to market maturity, from series production to services such as logistics, maintenance and further development of the products. With SAPHIR, its in-house developed universal test platform, ILESO simplifies electronic testing. A fully digital process chain enables seamless traceability as well as 24/7 visibility of order status via a web platform. Founded in 2008, the company primarily serves the medical technology and industrial sectors and, with its depth of value creation, sees itself as an alternative to sourcing from the Far East, even already for pre-series production. The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
