About ILOS

Founded in 2018, ILOS operates as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) in the photovoltaic sector. The company develops, builds and operates solar PV projects along the entire value chain: from project development and construction through to asset management and power plant operation. The projects are created in partnership with local landowners, municipalities and developers. Since 2023, the company has also been active in Germany. At the end of 2024, the portfolio comprised 4.5 GWp, including 6 operating sites with 123 MW, 367 MW under construction and 961 MW ready-to-build; the pipeline comprises solar PV with interfaces to hydrogen and battery storage technologies. Since July 2025, BNP Paribas Asset Management Alts has been a strategic partner of the company with a 60% majority stake.

   Market entry in Germany (mid-2023).

   Strategic partnership with BNP Paribas Asset Management Alts as 60% majority shareholder; previously, AXA IM Alts acquired a 60% stake in ILOS.
