About medimObil
Imbusch Systemmöbel GmbH has been developing and manufacturing mobile cart systems for hospital and care logistics for over 30 years under the medimObil brand. The product range includes nursing carts, ward round carts, IT carts, ISO module and isolation carts, emergency, service and changing carts as well as hygiene products such as disinfectant columns, air purification systems and cough protection screens. Production takes place entirely at the Löningen site on over 4500 m² of production space, including in-house painting, in-house metal processing and a CNC link for planning. Materials used include multi-layer boards, melamine-resin-coated wood-based materials, wood-free hygiene boards, aluminium, powder-coated steel and plastics such as ABS and Plexiglas. Customers include hospitals, care facilities, doctor's practices, pharmacies and physiotherapy practices; over 600 facilities in Germany are supplied, plus others abroad. Delivery is available from 1 unit at no surcharge, supplemented by individual planning, accessory development and a test phase for the integration of IT equipment.

Carcass material of the nursing carts with a stable construction and a hygienic, melamine-resin-coated surface on both sides.
Hygiene board
Wood-free, germ-free material, 18 % lighter than conventional boards, fire class B1, certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.
Melamine-resin-coated material
Surface coated on both sides for optimal hygienic properties of the carcasses.

Quality
Production takes place at the Löningen site with an in-house machine fleet including a CNC link for planning. Hygiene boards are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, IT carts carry the hygiene certificate of the DGKH; the sealing of the emergency carts, equipotential bonding and CE conformity of the IT components are implemented by authorized specialist personnel.
