About Imoberdorf AG

Imoberdorf AG is a Swiss family-owned company founded in 1943, headquartered in Oensingen, specializing in the design, manufacture and commissioning of custom production machines for chip-removing series machining. The company builds rotary transfer machines (imo-compact, imo-smart, imo-space), the three-spindle horizontal machining center imo-flex, as well as conventional machining solutions with hydraulic feeds and PLC controls. The systems are used for precise machining of small to medium-sized parts in high volumes, with a repeatability of ± 3 µm and a zero-point clamping system accurate to ± 1 µm. In addition to new machines, imoberdorf offers retrofit/conversion services, preventive maintenance, repairs, spare parts and customer service, as well as CAD/CAM/simulation services and test benches. Its solutions are used in the watch industry, the automotive and e-mobility sectors, electronics, hydraulics & pneumatics, compressors, medical/dental technology and locking technology. With around 65 employees, more than 550 individual solutions have been implemented worldwide.
