imrox GmbH is a system integrator for autonomous mobile robotic systems with a focus on hospitals, care facilities, rehabilitation centers and hotels. The company was founded in 2024 as a business division of ALPHA Standards GmbH and has been an independent GmbH since January 2025, headquartered in Nuremberg with an operating site in Munich. The focus is on automating logistics processes: robots handle transport of laundry, medication, samples and consumables as well as delivery and service services. The scope of services ranges from consulting, analysis and concept development through installation of the required infrastructure (charging infrastructure, elevator and door control, network, servers, software interfaces) to integration, commissioning and training of the robots. During operation, we provide 24/7 monitoring, support, maintenance and continuous optimization; procurement is also possible as Robot-as-a-Service with rental and leasing models. Partnerships exist, among others, with AETHON, ROBOTISE, Bear Robotics and NAVEL, as well as with the Fraunhofer Institute in research.
