In Phase International Ltd is a British group of companies founded in 2001 by Steve Digva and Jack Digva, with its global head office in Nottingham. The company is the umbrella organisation of a series of brands from the fields of automotive electronics, home electronics, HiFi, navigation and speed awareness. Its value creation lies in in-house research and development of its own branded products as well as their distribution to trade and end customers; the ISO 9001 certification covers the supply of consumer automotive electronics and accessories as well as the development of own-brand products. The group grew through organic growth and strategic acquisitions and serves customers such as Halfords. With over 40 employees, more than 300 products and over 10 brands, the company is positioned internationally through locations in Nottingham, Hong Kong, Navi Mumbai and Cork.
