About In-Vision
IN-VISION Technologies AG, headquartered in Guntramsdorf near Vienna, is a certified Texas Instruments DLP Design House Partner that develops and manufactures highly precise optical and electronic systems. The portfolio includes UV light engines and industrial DLP projectors (including HELIOS, PHOENIX, PANDIA, MERCURY, IKARUS II, FIREBIRD), custom projection lenses, electronic subsystems and DLP development kits as well as CNC contract manufacturing of mechanical precision parts with around 21,000 parts per year. Manufacturing covers optical and electronic design, prototyping, series production and assembly of opto-electronic systems; all products pass through in-house test rigs with a minimum test duration of two hours. Applications include maskless lithography with critical dimensions below 2 µm, additive manufacturing (stereolithography), bioengineering/bioprinting with pixel sizes down to 300 nm, optical metrology and research. Around 55% of cinemas worldwide work with projection lenses from In-Vision; customers in 29 countries on five continents are served from the headquarters in Guntramsdorf as well as branches in the USA, Taiwan and Korea and a sales partner in Japan.

Quality & Testing
All products undergo stringent quality control; every projector spends at least two hours on the company's own test rigs, where resolution, distortion, uniformity, contrast and intensity are measured and automatically logged. Mechanical parts are inspected with 3D metrology equipment from Zeiss, Mitutoyo and GOM, optical components with a digital interferometer.
