On 4 December 2025, Incap Corporation announced the acquisition of 100% of Lacon Group, an established EMS company with locations in Germany and Romania.
- 2026
The acquisition was completed on 20 February 2026 following regulatory approvals in Germany and Romania; Lacon Group is now fully consolidated within the Incap Group.
