Indexa GmbH, based in Oedheim (Baden-Württemberg), is a supplier of security technology focused on small to medium-sized premises such as private apartments, private homes and smaller commercial properties. The product range includes wireless-bus hybrid alarm systems (System 9000, System 8000), WLAN and wireless video surveillance systems, network cameras with PoE and AI functions, digital video recorders (DVR/NVR), 2-wire bus video door intercoms (VT300), wireless video door intercoms (DVT series), Q-certified wireless smoke detectors as well as stove guards and access systems. The System 9000 wireless alarm system has been tested and certified to the European standard EN 50131 Grade 2 and uses encrypted wireless transmission in the 868-MHz frequency band. Distribution is exclusively via specialist retailers and specialist installation companies; end-customer enquiries are not handled. In addition, Indexa offers product training and webinars, support, technical consulting as well as installer software for installation companies. The handling of old device disposal in accordance with the WEEE directive is also part of the company's practice.

The System 9000 wireless alarm system has been tested and certified to the European standard EN 50131 Grade 2 and is therefore eligible for government subsidies. The wireless smoke detector is VdS Q-certified, and the stove guard SGK5010 is recognised as a care aid.
