About INDUCS AG
INDUCS AG was founded in 1998 and has been based in Herisau, Switzerland, since its inception. The company specialises in the development, production and sale of induction cooking appliances for catering applications, in particular professional kitchens and train catering. Key components of the appliances are developed and manufactured in-house; since 2004, the Swiss company has had its own coil production with a coil winding machine developed to its own requirements. With its RTCS technology (realtime temperature control system), the company offers contactless, precise and instantaneous temperature measurement for temperature-controlled cooking. Induction cooking appliances convert over 90% of the energy directly into heat in the food being cooked, enabling electricity cost savings of up to 40%. Customised induction hobs were developed for national railways that comply with stringent fire protection and safety regulations. Service and support are provided in German, Italian and English, complemented by technician training and local sales partners.
