INDUGO GmbH, based in Schallstadt near Freiburg, is a manufacturer-independent specialist for inductor manufacturing, inductor replication, inductor repair and accessories for induction systems. The company develops and produces custom inductors for applications such as induction hardening, brazing, preheating, as well as joining and shrink-fit processes, including in automated series production. The portfolio includes contour, bell, external, multi-turn and special inductors, as well as mechanical spare parts for hardening machines such as cooling and quench jaws, connection jaws, cooling spray nozzles, coaxial transformers, hand-held transformers and hose cables. Production is carried out in copper using processes such as brazing, welding, CNC machining, laser technology and 3D-assisted geometry reconstruction. In addition, INDUGO offers service, repair and maintenance for existing induction systems, including machines from the EFD Induction brand. The process runs from inquiry through design to final inspection before delivery – with short lead times to minimise production downtime.
