INDUK GmbH is a manufacturer based in Wuppertal specialising in industrial force measurement and weighing technology. The company was founded in October 1998 through a management buy-out, in which employees bought out the strain gauge sensor divisions of Erichsen Prüftechnik Wuppertal GmbH from the American Ametek group; all staff from the strain gauge sensor division were taken over. The product range includes force measuring instruments, force transducers, hydraulic load cells, load cells, torque sensors, evaluation electronics as well as custom-developed sensors and force and torque test stands. The WASA brand product range of hydraulic load cells was also taken over from AWB Apparatebau GmbH. In addition to standard solutions, the company offers calibrations with a factory calibration certificate and traceability to a national standard, loan devices, as well as distribution and service in Germany for belt scales and load cells from S-E-G (Sweden). The products are used, among other things, in aerospace, in industrial force measurement and weighing technology, and for machine monitoring.
