About Indunorm Bewegungstechnik
Indunorm Bewegungstechnik GmbH was founded in 1973 as a distributor of mechanical engineering components and is today a company for the development, manufacture and distribution of linear guides and handling systems. As THK's largest European distribution partner and exclusive distribution partner of Samick Precision, the company serves customers in Germany and Europe with more than 140 employees at three locations. At the headquarters in Duisburg (over 6,000 m²), linear axes and systems such as toothed belt, rack-and-pinion and spindle axes are manufactured and assembled, and since 2004 also the Indumatik® linear axis robots for workpiece loading of machining centres. The in-house CNC machining produces workpieces made of aluminium, steel, brass, plastic and stainless steel, including end machining of ball screws to drawing and customised shaft machining. The subsidiary Indunorm Fertigungstechnik in Bockenem handles contract manufacturing orders. The Duisburg logistics centre with a fully automated high-bay warehouse ensures short delivery times; the Stuttgart branch acts as an engineering partner for southern Germany with its own manufacturing. Customer segments include mechanical engineering, machine tools, automation/robotics, special machinery, assembly and packaging systems, medical technology and the semiconductor industry.
