Indunorm Hydraulik GmbH operates a mobile hydraulic service for high-pressure lines in industry, construction and workshops under the Sprinter brand. More than 300 fully equipped mobile hydraulic workshop vehicles are in operation in Germany, Belgium, France, Italy and Switzerland – around the clock, 365 days a year. On site, hydraulic hose lines are removed, manufactured and installed according to a standardized production process; this is followed by testing with the Joint-Fit® safety system and internal cleaning of the line. In addition, the company supports operators in complying with DGUV Regulation 113-020 (formerly BGR 237) through inspection and maintenance of hydraulic hose lines as well as through hose management with item identification and demand-oriented spare parts procurement. Quality and Testing
Every hose line manufactured is tested directly on the vehicle with the Joint-Fit® safety system and cleaned internally so that no foreign particles enter the hydraulic circuit. The company works to internal quality standards that, according to its own statements, are significantly above the requirements of the DIN/ISO standards.
