Industrie-Automation-Stephan was founded in 2004 in Michelstadt and develops, designs, manufactures and maintains machines, control systems and robotic systems. The product range extends from simple electrical devices to fully automatic robotic lines and includes control engineering, robotic systems, testing machines, special machines, process control, printing/dispensing equipment, software and drive technology. Manufacturing takes place in an own workshop in Michelstadt, including switchgear cabinets and special systems according to DIN EN and VDE; loading and unloading are done by overhead crane and forklift, including packaging and transport for overseas shipping. Programming experience exists for Siemens S5/S7/TIA, B&R, Allen Bradley, Omron, Keyence, Moeller, Beckhoff, IPC and Codesys as well as for robots from KUKA, ABB, FANUC and Motoman. Customers come from the automotive and supply industries, packaging, electrical, food and chemical industries as well as from logistics, paint and coatings manufacturing, consumer electronics and the steel industry. Conversion and modernization of older systems are also part of the offering.
