Industriedruck Brandenburg GmbH is an environmentally conscious printing company with a production site in Wustermark on the north-western edge of Berlin and an office location in Berlin-Adlershof. Production takes place in sheetfed offset printing up to a format of 120 x 164 cm on a 5-colour press with a dispersion coating unit and state-of-the-art inline measurement, as well as in large-format digital printing up to 356 x 252 cm. The focus is on display and packaging printing as well as school books, photo wall calendars, magazines, catalogues, posters and folded products. The range of services covers prepress (CTP, FM screening, checkproof), finishing, further processing through to finishing, storage and worldwide shipping. Calendar production has been fully automated since the introduction of the calendar binder machine, with up to 100,000 calendars per week. Production in Wustermark operates on a 3-shift system; the standard production conditions meet the criteria of the Blue Angel for printed products (RAL-UZ 195).
