Industriefabrik Schneider GmbH was founded in 2013 and is based in Saxony-Anhalt (Großzöberitz) as well as in Wurzen (Saxony). The company manufactures industrial filters and industrial screens such as basket strainers, simplex filters, duplex filters, pot strainers, T-filters, Y-strainers, bag filters and startup screens up to nominal size DN1200. In addition, it produces modular frame-mounted industrial plants (skid mounted plants) such as steam packages, pump stations, compressor stations and dosing systems, as well as pressure vessels, storage tanks, separators and heat exchangers at the Wurzen site. Manufacturing includes welding (certified welding specialist company per ISO 3834-3), CNC milling, turning, drilling, pipe prefabrication, structural steelwork up to EXC2 and valve modification including welded-on heating jackets. Materials are steel P235GH, stainless steels 1.4301/1.4401/1.4457/1.4462, duplex, cast iron, Monel and Hastelloy. Customers are found in the tire and rubber industry, water management, chemicals, power plants, district heating as well as the oil and gas industry. In 2016, the long-established vessel manufacturing site Wurzen of SBA Wurzen GmbH was acquired.
