Industrievertretung Schwalbach GmbH (IVS Notstrom), based in Holzwickede, was active for more than four decades in the field of stationary diesel emergency power systems. Its range of services covered sales, planning, delivery, installation as well as major conversions of diesel emergency power systems in the power range from 20 to 3,100 kVA. Over more than 43 years, more than 1,250 new systems were planned, delivered and installed. Customers included banks, data centers, hospitals, rehabilitation clinics, telecommunications and internet companies, industrial companies and military facilities throughout Germany, including Amazon in Witten, the D-NL Corps in Münster, the police station in Hattingen and Dortmunder Volksbank in Unna. As of 30.06.2022, the company withdrew from active business; administrative tasks are still handled at the known address and telephone number. Service inquiries are referred to the partner companies Henkelhausen GmbH & Co. KG and FS Notstromservice GmbH.
