About Infraserv Höchst
Infraserv Höchst is a site developer and operator of the Höchst Industrial Park in Frankfurt am Main, home to more than 90 chemical and pharmaceutical companies. With around 3,000 employees and 230 apprentices, the company offers services for industry, chemistry and pharmaceuticals, including site management, energy, waste disposal, logistics, occupational safety, environmental protection, integrated facility management, laboratory services and process technology. Maintenance services are provided through the subsidiary Infraserv Höchst Prozesstechnik GmbH: Maintenance Solutions bundles mechanical and EMSR (electrical, instrumentation, control and automation) services as well as fabrication and assembly on site or in specialized service centers, including piping construction, welding technology and process analysis technology. Maintenance Intelligence complements this with data-driven maintenance using IoT sensors, predictive maintenance and KPI-based evaluation. Partners represented in the industrial park include Sanofi, Vulcan and INERATEC.
