About Infumed
Infumed is a family-run medical technology company based in Friedeburg in East Frisia. For more than a quarter of a century, the company has been developing, manufacturing and distributing medical tubing systems and components, in particular for imaging diagnostics (CT/MRI), angiography and intensive care / infusion therapy. Intricate injection-molded components are produced on all-electric injection molding machines under cleanroom conditions; tubing systems are partly manufactured fully automatically and inspected without human involvement, while highly sensitive systems are assembled by hand in the company's own manufacturing facilities. The materials used are medical plastics such as PVC and PUR, including fabric-reinforced high-pressure tubing up to 85 bar. In addition to a range of more than 500 of its own products and components, Infumed manufactures custom solutions to customer specifications. Production is certified to DIN EN ISO 13485; the products are shipped worldwide.
