About Ing. H. Dieter Klump GmbH
Ing. H. Dieter Klump GmbH was founded in 1985 and specializes in conveyor and drive technology. The production and delivery program comprises conveyor and process belts, polyurethane timing belts, pulleys, flat belts, tangential belts, curve belts and curve systems as well as monolithic and modular belts. Fabrication is carried out to customer specifications: coatings in almost 100 material variants (PU, PVC, rubber, silicone, leather, felt), embossing with more than 30 profiles up to 3,000 mm belt width, cleats, wave edges, guide strips, lugging arrangements, perforated and vacuum belts as well as machining operations including CNC machining. PU timing belts are welded endless with tension members made of steel, stainless steel, Kevlar or fiberglass and various joining techniques (tapered finger joint, Pin-Joint, metal connectors). All common tooth profiles are stocked as roll goods, enabling a 24-hour service for welded timing belts as well as on-site installation. The company serves industries such as logistics, packaging, printing/paper, agriculture, automotive, the food industry and automation technology, and manufactures at three plants in Willich.

Materials and Processes
Polyurethane (PUR)
Base material of the timing belts, available as film, sprayed (IKLUPUR) or as foam (IKLUMER, Vulkollan), also used for belt coatings.
PVC
Coating for conveyor and curve belts with high resistance to oils, greases, acids and chemicals.
Steel (tension member)
Tension member in PU timing belts for high tensile strength.
Stainless steel (tension member)
Tension member in PU timing belts, among other things for wet environments.
Kevlar (tension member)
Tension member material for tear-resistant timing belts.
Fiberglass (tension member)
Tension member material for PU timing belts.
Polyamide fabric (PAZ/PAR)
Covering on the tooth and/or back side for friction and noise reduction, also antistatic.
Silicone
Coating material for conveyor and curve belts.
Rubber (LINATEX, CORREX, EPDM, Neoprene)
Natural and synthetic rubber coatings for abrasion resistance, impact elasticity and chemical resistance.
Felt
Coating material for conveyor and curve belts.
Leather
Coating material for belts and bands.
