About Ingenieurbüro Falke

Ingenieurbüro Falke is an engineering office for plastics technology founded in 1992 and based in Sukow near Schwerin. The six-member team develops plastic molded parts and designs injection molding, compression molding and die casting tools, including two- and three-component tools and desprueing tools with complex demolding challenges. The designs are created with CATIA V5 and VISI CAD; part development is supported by rheological analyses and filling simulations of injection molding processes, including detailed result reports and risk analyses. In addition, the office offers mechanical engineering design as 3D models or drawings, consulting, expert reports as well as seminars and in-house training on the tolerancing of plastic molded parts according to DIN 16742 and ISO 20457. Owner Dipl.-Ing. Dirk Falke is a certified expert in plastics technology, author of the technical book 'Maßhaltige Kunststoff-Formteile' (Carl Hanser Verlag) and chairman of the working committee of DIN 16742 as well as Convener of ISO/TC 61/WG 3.
