About us
The Ingenieurbüro für Bauwesen, based in Bad Liebenwerda, has been serving private and public clients since 1990, with a focus on the tri-border region of Brandenburg, Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt. Its service portfolio includes the development of designs and concepts, advice on financing matters, the preparation of building permit and execution documents, and the preparation and conduct of tenders. In addition, the office takes on the coordination and monitoring of construction works and prepares expert reports on building damage, both private and for court proceedings. Structural engineering, urban land-use planning, subsoil investigation as well as energy and thermal insulation consulting under the Energy Saving Ordinance (Energie-Einsparverordnung) are offered in cooperation. Focus areas include new construction, conversion and extension projects as well as the refurbishment and modernisation of buildings and listed historic structures. The office is a long-standing member of the Brandenburg Chamber of Engineers and of the Sachverständigenverband Mitte e.V.
