Ingenieurbüro Quade GmbH (IQ) is an owner-managed family business based in Bad Essen-Rabber that has been active in plant engineering and process technology since 2000. The company plans, manufactures, installs and services plants for the storage and processing of liquid and solid materials – from individual components to turnkey production plants as general contractor. Its service portfolio includes engineering and permitting design, tank farm construction, steel construction, piping (including double-pipe-in-pipe systems), production plants, pigging systems, filling and dosing technology, extraction and production supply technology as well as control and automation technology with in-house control cabinet construction. Welding fabrication in steel and stainless steel (processes 111, 133, 141) is carried out on an 8,000 m² company site with 1,200 m² of manufacturing space in three halls; pilot plant construction and trial operation are possible at the company's own works. Customers come from the paint and coatings industry, the chemical industry, the automotive sector and the paper industry. Engineers, technicians, CAD specialists and plant fitters cover all areas from design to commissioning in-house.

Welding fabrication is certified per EN ISO 3834-3 and AD 2000 datasheet HP0/HP 100R by TÜV Rheinland; for load-bearing steel structures the company holds certification per EN 1090-2 EXC2 with CE marking per EN 1090-1. As a specialist company under the German Water Resources Act (WHG) per §62 AwSV, the company works with qualified welding supervisory personnel (IWE) and regular specialist training courses.
