About the engineering office S-T-E-A-M

The engineering office S-T-E-A-M from Rosenheim is an interdisciplinary service and development network of freelance engineers and cooperating companies. The focus is on industrial automation and mechatronics: from software and hardware development through mechanical design and documentation to complex complete systems, developed with modern tools and methods. The portfolio includes embedded software and hardware development, industrial automation with B&R, Bachmann and PC-based HMI, control systems, feasibility studies, model-driven design, UML documentation, PCB layout (Pulsonix, Eagle, Altium) as well as firmware development including functional safety. In addition, the office offers app development, IoT/Industry 4.0 solutions with big data analytics (Sigfox, OPC UA), RF design, RFID products and electrical thermography in automation and on PCBs. From in-house development emerged the first own product, a Sigfox smart module based on STMicroelectronics technology, marketed via XoverIoT.com.
