Ingenieurbüro Winkelhoch is an energy efficiency expert in the Rhein-Sieg district and supports property owners as well as owners' associations of condominiums in optimising the energy performance of their buildings. Its range of services includes the preparation of the Individual Refurbishment Roadmap (iSFP), demand-based energy performance certificates including a survey of the building stock, assistance with funding applications, among others to BAFA and KfW, as well as energy-related construction supervision including verification of funding eligibility. Clients include both residential buildings – single-family, two-family and multi-family houses – and non-residential buildings in the existing stock, in each case with a view to energy efficiency, the use of renewable energies and the economic feasibility of measures such as insulation, window replacement, ventilation or efficient heating systems based on renewable energies. The consulting is independent: remuneration comes exclusively from the client and the public funding bodies. Refurbishment projects can be implemented step by step over several years or as a complete refurbishment within a few months.
